Privacy notice

This notice explains how IMF Cleaning Limited (trading as elmbridge.cleaning, “we”) uses personal information. We are the data controller. Contact us at hello@elmbridge.cleaning or 07847 815591.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or book a clean we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), postcode and address, and details about the job.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out cleaning, take payment and keep basic business records. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing our contract with you, and legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run the business. For example, Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers form submissions, and Apple (iCloud) provides our email. They only process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as we work together and then for up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If spam protection is enabled on the quote form, Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people apart from bots.
